Responsibilities include hiring new staff members, providing training for all new and existing clinical staff, and scheduling their shifts; coordinating medical supplies inventory, ordering, and supplying stock maintenance of medical facilities; assisting with clinical-scheduling problem solving, patient waiting time and other areas of concern to increase efficiency in quality services; serving as a liaison between the clinic’s patients and its medical staff; coordinating care teams for patients and developing new policies and protocols for the clinic. Applicants must have excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also need to have an excellent understanding of medical terminology.
